Summary

Syncro is a next-gen marketing automation platform designed to help growth teams launch campaigns faster, with less friction and more collaboration. The product aims to replace bloated, outdated CRMs and automation tools with a focused, minimal dashboard that empowers marketers to create, trigger, and monitor campaigns — all without writing a single line of code.


We worked closely with the Syncro team from concept to launch — leading product strategy, UX/UI design, and development to bring this vision to life.

We kicked off with workshops to clarify Syncro’s core workflows, define ideal user journeys, and simplify what “automation” should feel like in 2025.

We focused on:

• Speed: Can a marketer trigger a campaign in 3 clicks?

• Clarity: Is the campaign flow easy to audit or duplicate?

• Collaboration: Can someone hand off, preview, or edit with zero hand-holding?

🧩 Building a Scalable Design System

As Syncro grew, so did the need for consistency across its expanding interface. We collaborated closely with both the founders and dev team to establish a flexible yet robust design system that could evolve with the product — without slowing it down.


We began by mapping the full flow of the app — from campaign creation to performance analytics — and identified key navigation pain points that could affect user experience at scale. From there, we redesigned the navigation structure to simplify how users move through the platform, reducing decision friction and surfacing core actions faster.

The design system includes:

• Modular layouts for campaign builders, trigger settings, and analytics dashboards

• A reusable component library with clear naming, states, and documentation

• Flexible charting & data visualization patterns to support granular campaign insights

• Standardized tokens for spacing, color, and typography to maintain cohesion across pages


We also supported the product team in designing more complex operational flows, like integrations, billing, and account management — ensuring the experience felt as seamless on the backend as it did at launch.

The result is a system that balances structure and speed — giving the team confidence to ship updates quickly without sacrificing design integrity.
